Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Queep on iPhone, on Mac, and on this website. Queep is provided by LGM Soluções Ltda (CNPJ 61.525.054/0001-65). By creating an account or downloading the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This document is also the custom EULA for the Apple stores, in addition to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where that agreement applies.

1. The service

Queep is a swipe-file tool with artificial intelligence: you save notes, links, images, and, on plans that allow it, audio and video. The library syncs across devices and helps you find what you saved. It is not a social network, not generic cloud storage, and it does not publish your library.

Current requirements: iOS 17 and macOS 14. Features, quotas, and search quality can change. We do not promise analysis of every URL, file, or social network.

2. Account

One person, one account. Mac and iPhone share the same library. You are responsible for your credentials and for what you upload. You must be old enough to contract in your country, or have a guardian’s permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, try to bypass limits, threaten security, or use the service illegally.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, sync, process with AI, and display that content only inside your account, as needed to provide Queep.

You confirm you have the right to the material and that it does not include:

• illegal or exploitative content, or content that infringes others;
• malware or attempts to attack the service;
• sensitive data about other people without a legal basis to process it.

AI can get titles, topics, or search results wrong. The original file remains the source.

4. Subscriptions and payments (Apple)

Queep can be used on the Free plan, with quotas. Current paid plans:

• Pro — US$ 6.99 / month or US$ 59.99 / year;
• Max — US$ 19.90 / month (yearly price as published in the store).

The price on the device is the App Store or Mac App Store price, in local currency. Pro yearly may include a 7-day introductory offer for Apple IDs Apple marks as eligible — once per Apple ID.

Auto-renewable subscription rules required by Apple:

• payment is charged to the Apple ID confirmed at purchase;
• the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends;
• the account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends;
• you manage and cancel in Apple Settings → Subscriptions, or from the shortcut in the app (Account → Subscription);
• cancellation lasts until the end of the period already paid; Queep does not issue a prorated refund — refunds follow Apple’s policy;
• deleting the Queep account does not cancel the Apple subscription.

Family Sharing is off during the pilot. A purchase on one device is recognized on the other with the same Queep account. Quotas and what each plan unlocks are in the docs.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abusively reverse engineer the service, scrape the API for another product, or use Queep for spam, illegal surveillance, or to overload the infrastructure. Quotas exist to protect the service and other people.

6. Queep’s property

The brand, interface, software, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property. They only give you the right to use the app under the store rules and this document.

7. Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Queep, you also accept that policy.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is.” We may fix bugs, change limits or AI models, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when the change is material. Maintenance and third-party network failures can interrupt access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent Brazilian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to Queep is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months (or one Brazilian minimum wage, whichever is higher), except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Queep is not a professional backup. Keep copies of anything you cannot replace.

10. Termination

You can stop using Queep and delete the account at any time. We can end access if you violate these terms. After deletion, the retention rules in the privacy policy apply.

11. Law and venue

Brazilian law applies. Venue is the court of the user’s domicile in Brazil, subject to consumer rules that are more favorable.
